Paul J. Ford and Company provided structural design services for this new 119 bed, four-story hospital. This hospital was selected as 2010 Project of the Year and is featured in the Decemeber issue of Midwest Construction magazine, read the article:
The hospital sits on a 44-acre greenfield site. The hospital features include emergency, obstetric, outpatient, and imaging services; medical/surgical and ICU beds; a chapel, cafeteria, pharmacy; and various support services.
Structural focal points include the catilvered entrance canopy constructed of an exposed, tube steel moment frame. The building is designed to meet sustainable standards.
