All Children’s Hospital Medical Office Building, St. Petersburg, FL
Structural design of a seven-story steel framed structure with concrete shear walls supported on drilled piers. The 220,000 SF building contains is designed for state of the art medical offices. The project includes a pedestrian bridge that connects the Medical Office Building to All Children’s Hospital. Paul J. Ford and Company served as Structural Engineer of Record for buildings. The project opened in 2010.
